Make an appointment
Choosing to start an assessment means choosing to invest in your health!
As explained on the My Assessment page, three categories of appointments are available:
- Targeted check-ups: various assessments relating to histamine, mast cell and stress management.
- Cross-functional check-ups: a wide range of assessments that allow you to target specific problems or choose a comprehensive general assessment for the most complete initial evaluation possible.
- You can always schedule follow-up appointments according to your needs and what was planned during your previous consultation.
Note: Follow-up appointments can only be scheduled by people who are already patients of Dr. Wetchoko.
How to make an appointment
- Select your check-up -> Select the consultation that best suits your medical needs.
- Select a date -> according to the availability shown in the online calendar.
- Fill in your details -> All mandatory fields must be completed accurately.
- Make the payment online -> Payment is required to confirm the appointment (credit card, Bancontact or PayPal). Without payment, the appointment will not be confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email -> It will contain all the necessary information and any documents you need to prepare and return (questionnaires, tests, etc.).
Good to know!
Unique email address -> Each patient must use a personal email address.
If you are making an appointment for someone else (child, parent, etc.), please indicate this in the comments when booking.
Quick document submission -> If you return the requested questionnaires and tests quickly, it may be possible to bring your appointment forward in the event of a cancellation.
What is included in the price of the assessment
- Complete preparation of your medical file
- Administrative and organisational fees
- Appointment report (upon request)
- Maximum of two post-consultation email responses (3-4 months) before the next appointment (additional responses will be charged at £50)
- Explanatory documents about your tests and your state of health
- Links to educational videos before the first consultation
- Development of your personalised plan (prescriptions, diet, supplements)
Expenses not covered are:
- Biological analyses (blood tests, urine tests, saliva tests, etc.)
- Specialised tests (genetic testing, intolerance testing, etc.)
- Prescription outside of consultation: 30€ (valid for 3 months)
Please note
If you wish to submit a large analysis file, a surcharge of €100 may be applied for the additional processing time.

Payment methods accepted: CB, Bancontact, PayPal
Payment for a THIRD PARTY
In the case of payments made by a parent for his or her child or for a person in your care, please do not forget to specify for whom the payment is being made. Without this detail, we will not be able to determine for which patient the payment has been made.
Always provide the full LAST NAME and first name.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
- at least 48 hours in advance = 100% reimbursement
- at least 24h in advance = 50% refund
- no- show (not present at appointment) = no refund
NO third-party payment at Dr Lucie Wetchoko practice!
Dr. Wetchoko’s practice does not offer third-party payment for functional medicine, regardless of insurance status.
To be reimbursed by their mutual insurance company, patients must book a face-to-face appointment at the practice.
For online appointments (Teams or other), the mutual insurance certificate issued is an invoice. There is no reimbursement.
NO PATIENT VISIT without an appointment
ONLY comme to the office when your appointment has been confirmed by the secretariat.
Appointments can ONLY be booked on this website!
Appointments cannot be booked via other media.
