GENERAL Check-up
The GENERAL Check-up is ideally used for the first appointment you book.
To prepare a general assessment, we need you to answer to the questionnaires that will be sent to you by email, as accurately as possible.
You must then return the questionnaires to our secretariat (contact@drwetchoko.be). When these details are available, a member of the DRWETCHOKO.BE team (a nutritherapist) will contact you to arrange a first appointment to fine tune your answers, if necessary. With the help of your answers and clarifications, she will finalize the report called the Anamnesis (medical history).
Once the anamnesis has been completed, you are ready for the medical consultation you have booked.
- If you have a recent blood test (no more than 24 months old), please send it to us with your questionnaires.
- If you have already had recent medical tests (no more than 24 months old), you can also send them to complete your file. Depending on the amount of work involved, a surcharge may be added to the base price.
If your Anamnesis is established quickly, we may be able to bring your appointment forward.
If, on the other hand, the qnamnesis has not been finalized in time for your appointment, we will be obliged to postpone it. This report is essential for the doctor to be able to help you as effectively as possible.

Check-up carried out by a doctor
NUTRITIONAL Check-up (medical)
A NUTRITIONAL Check-up is a detailed evaluation of an individual’s nutritional status. It is usually carried out by a health professional such as a doctor, dietician or nutritherapist.
The assessment helps you identify your habits and understand your condition. It helps identify potential changes to be implemented.
This assessment can be carried out independently, or may be recommended by your doctor as part of a more in-depth medical check-up.
The nutritional assessment may include an evaluation of
- daily food intake,
- eating habits,
- digestive symptoms,
- physical activity and
- general health.
Anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, waist circumference and body composition can also be taken to assess nutritional status.
Based on the results of the nutritional assessment, the healthcare professional may recommend dietary changes, nutritional supplements or lifestyle adjustments to improve health and prevent nutrition-related diseases.
Nutritional assessments can be particularly important for people suffering from chronic illnesses, eating disorders, weight problems, nutritional deficiencies, or for anyone wishing to improve their overall health through a balanced and adapted diet.
Depending on your profile, it may be necessary to supplement your assessment with other analyses suggested by the doctor, which you can choose to have carried out at a time that’s right for you and for the changes you want to gradually implement.

Start with the GENERAL Check-up
Below you’ll find a full explanation of the 2 key periods surrounding the medical appointment for your GENERAL CHECK-UP.
- Period 1 = before the appointment – questionnaires & medical history
- Period 2 = after the appointment – nutrition follow-up & coaching if required
Phase 1 = BEFORE the Appointment
1 - Answers to the questionnaires
When you book your appointment for the GENERAL check-up online, once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment and questionnaires to complete.
Download the questionnaires, fill them in as soon as possible and return them to the address given in the email.
These questionnaires are essential for preparing your ANAMNESIS, a file about you that’s as accurate as possible, and which will enable you to benefit from a medical appointment that’s all the more effective for the completeness of your anamnesis.
PLEASE fill in the questionnaires as soon as possible so that we can finalize this report before your appointment.
2 - Preparing your ANAMNESIS
Once you have returned your completed questionnaires, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an initial meeting to clarify any information still required, and to finalize your ANAMNESIS.
The team member is a Nutritherapist, trained by Dr. Wetchoko, who can guide you through the process as precisely as possible.
It will take a minimum of 4 weeks from the time you book your appointment to draw up your medical history, provided you submit your answers promptly.
Once your file is complete, if possible, we may be able to bring forward your medical appointment.
GENERAL Check-up > your medical appointment
Your first medical appointment will enable you to take stock of your general condition. By taking a medical history, the doctor will be able to help you better understand your personal health parameters.
At this appointment, you’ll receive all the information you need to help you implement the changes recommended, in terms of your nutrition, any dietary supplements you may be taking and your pace of life. It’s often useful to understand, with your doctor’s help, how certain simple changes can have a positive impact on your health and well-being.
Following your medical appointment, you will receive a series of useful information, such as prescriptions, a starter diet and other useful details, according to your needs, profile and priorities.
Phase 2 = AFTER your GENERAL Check-up (within the next 2 weeks)
1 - NUTRITIONAL Coaching
To help you get started with your dietary changes, support from a nutritherapist can be an effective way of not only being supported, but also making good progress. Changes can be confusing, and therefore not as easy to implement as you might expect.
By taking the time to consult the nutritherapist who helped you prepare your medical history, within 2 weeks of your 1st appointment (Bilan GENENRAL), you increase your chances of success.
Whether it’s answering your questions or helping you focus on the right priorities, she’ll be there to support your efforts and ensure that you get the hang of things.
The nutritherapist remains an effective ally in helping you to take control of your changes and to support you progressively, if you wish to continue with her.
Book a Nutritional Follow-up appointment with your nutritherapist.
2 - PERSONAL Coaching
You can also choose to receive more comprehensive support to help you fully understand all the changes you need to implement.
We can recommend specialized coaching by a coach who is experienced in supporting patients with SAMA and understands the challenges you face.
She will be able to answer your questions within 2 weeks of your 1st appointment (GENERAL ASSESSMENT), but she can also provide you with individualized support, according to your needs.
You’ll find all the information you need about coaching with Noria SNOUSSI & the support packages she offers on the PARTNERS page.
PREPARE your next appointment
To enable us to keep track of all your changes and improvements, ideally you should make a follow-up appointment with your doctor within 3 or 4 months.
When you book your appointment (MEDICAL FOLLOW-UP), we’ll send you a new questionnaire to fill in and a request for blood and urine tests.
It is important to have the tests done so that the doctor receives the results before your appointment.
BIOLOGY APPOINTMENT
At this follow-up appointment, you and the doctor can review your progress and the results of your analyses. You’ll be able to understand the improvements you’ve made and fine-tune your diet to make further progress.
You can take the time to define together the next step in your progression, if necessary, to continue to help you improve your health and general condition.
Take care of your health and well-being and feel fulfilled at any age.
